About Greg
I remember sitting on a swing when I was in first grade thinking about what I would do when I graduated from high school. I never dreamed that I would be able to travel the world and have some of the best companies and people pay me to teach them how to attract, hire, develop and reward their talented most valuable asset...the people.
For over two decades now, I've been teaching companies and people how to flip their thinking and approach the world of work a completely different and profitable way. Now, after a successful career with really great companies like AT&T, Eastman Kodak, Microsoft, Capgemini, and others, I'm currently the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition, Americas for Redwood Software.
I've been in debt, grown my bank account a lot, been rejected, succeeded, satisfied customers, hired, fired, dreamed, invented, started and ended... I'm living by the lyrics of one of my favorite songs by Rascal Flatts. (When the Sands Run Out)
For fun, I hang out with my family, friends, entrepreneurs, really smart people and people who want to change the world.
As a perpetual learner, I earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Training, a Master of Business Administration degree, and am a PhD candidate in Human Resource Development. I hold accreditation as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute as well as a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional.
I want to share the knowledge that I've been blessed to learn from other smart people that cared and took the time to help me think differently.
