I remember sitting on a swing when I was six years old thinking about what I would do when I graduated from high school. Okay, so I started off as kind of a weird kid.
I never dreamed that I would be able to travel the world and work with some of the best companies teaching them how to attract, develop, and reward their most important attribute...the people.
For almost three decades now, I've been teaching people how to flip their thinking and approach the world in a completely different and profitable way. To date, my professional career includes working with outstanding companies like Microsoft, Capgemini, Eastman Kodak, and others. I truly enjoy sharing the knowledge that I've been blessed to learn from other smart people that cared and took the time to help me think differently which influenced both my personal and professional life.
I've been in debt, rejected, succeeded, satisfied customers, hired, fired, dreamed, invented, started, and ended... I'm living by the lyrics of one of my favorite songs by Rascal Flatts. (When the Sands Run Out)
"I'm gonna stop lookin' back and start movin' on
And learn how to face my fears
Love with all of my heart, make my mark
I wanna leave something here"
For fun, I hang out with my family, friends, entrepreneurs, really smart people, and people who want to change the world.
