I don’t do it for the money…
I love what I do. For many years the people department in most companies has been defined as Human Resources (HR). As I reflect on the last year that we’ve all learned to navigate I propose a new definition, Human Resourcefulness (HR). I celebrate the fact that, despite setbacks and a never-ending stream of video calls, we have captured the very essence of what makes us special. The ability to adapt, shift, rebuild, and endure despite any challenge we face. The resourcefulness of people to adapt to any circumstance is a testament to the greatness that lives inside all of us. #HR
